Dr. Daniel was born in Baton Rouge and raised in St. Francisville, La. He received his medical degree from LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans. He completed his residency in pediatrics at Earl K. Long Hospital. In his spare time, Dr. Daniel serves as a school physician for both the Louisiana School for the Deaf and the Louisiana School for the Visually Impaired.
